and this is our first and last mock-up in this project week.

This is our latest moodboard. We had a lot of discussions about this one. The picture in the middle from norway seemed to much adventuros for our personas. Anyway, we decided to stick with this, and move on, and make a first sketches for our webpage.

Story

Let us introduce you with Birk and Ronja.
This lovely couple is married for 45 years, now Birk is 69 and Ronja is 69 as well. They live in Sweden. They both are still working, Birk is director in the Stockholm's Zoo, Ronja is social worker in the Red Cross. Their income are a little above avarage, they have 2 kids, and everybody in the neighbourhood would say that they are very nice people.

One saturday they went to visit their daughter Astrid, who just had returned from vacation in Nepal. They were looking at amazing photos and listening storys about beautiful and adventures trip.
They went home full of thoughts about this trip.


When they were at home, the mood was still there and suddenly Birk started a conversation.
Ronja was very happy about this idea, and she almost started to shine.
Birk saw this, and also felt enjoyable excitement.

Well, you can imagine how this happy story ends. Of course, they found our web-page, and understood that they can trust us, that this adventure will be very beautiful.

going to understeand what a moodboard is

to make more clear how the website will look, we took a bunch of old magazines, scissors and glue and set up a nice kindergarden atmosphere in our class room. we were looking for shapes, typography and pictures, and put that together in kind of grid system, that could be close to our web site. the principe of our work was simple: first we do, then we think what have we done. thats way we come with this one:
we had to admit that this working principle is not the best one, when we could not answer the questions. we came to agreement that we should use less objects, but the one's that really mean something. we also started to talk about storybording, when our supervisior perceived, that we are not very sure about what we are really doing.

what happends after beeing abstract

we enjoyed being abstract very much, and we did this.


then we met some people who said that they can not understeant how the web page will look, we had to agree, and we decided to countinue.

We got a new challange. To get rid of simbols we made an abstract painting like this:

"beauty", "adventure" and "safety" are hiding somewhere in this peace of ...

So. We had become with this moodboard, but our test persons told that they can not understeand how the web-site will look, and also they told that we are not making a moodboard but inspiration board. We also are thinking about simpols (penguens simbolizes community.) Thank God they didn't tell that we are simbol-mindet. :)
